Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to PrasowLabs – Image Optimizer Premium.

1. Subscriptions

Premium plans are billed upfront via Razorpay. Subscription access is granted immediately after payment.

If you face a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused credits.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund past payments.
